If the webinar is cancelled from our side:
• You may receive a refund, OR
• You may be shifted to the next session.

Refund eligibility (if applicable) will be clearly stated during enrollment.
Refund requests must be made via official email only.
Any payment disputes must first be communicated to our official email. Unauthorized chargebacks or false complaints may lead to legal action under applicable Indian laws.
If approved the refund will be processed to the original source with in 7-10 days.
Eligibility for refunds. If the issue is raised within 1 hour of making payments and also if the double payment has been done by user.
